Lead property-owner acquisition and marketing operations at MoveSmart Rentals in a hybrid Vaughan-based leadership role. Shape strategy across Canada.As Vice President of Marketing, you will own customer acquisition, brand growth, and marketing infrastructure. The position requires senior leadership across paid advertising, lead-generation funnels, CRM workflows, SEO, and reporting. You will create a structured, measurable function connecting campaigns with qualified leads, appointments, customers, listings, and revenue. The role spans multiple Canadian markets and requires coordination across marketing, sales, leasing operations, customer service, finance, and technology.Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategy for acquisition, growth, visibility, and reputationLead paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTokImprove lead quality, conversion rates, appointments, and acquisition costsBuild reporting from inquiries through customers, listings, and revenueRecruit, coach, and evaluate marketing team membersRequirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experienceAt least 5 years in senior marketing leadershipOwnership of strategy, budgets, execution, teams, and outcomesExperience across several markets, brands, or business unitsAbility to attend Vaughan meetings, shoots, events, and launchesBring multi-market acquisition leadership, paid-media expertise, and measurable reporting discipline to MoveSmart Rentals’ expanding marketing function.
