Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or ManagementTen years of relevant financial project management experienceExperience with M&A, restructurings, or integrationsFinancial statements, budgeting, cash forecasting, and Excel proficiencyBilingual French and English communication with senior leadersBring transaction lifecycle management, financial analysis, and stakeholder influence to M&A projects requiring precise execution and control.
