Guidewire Policy Center Developer at Cognizant

Cognizant seeks an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Integration Developer for a full-time hybrid role in Toronto, ON. Bring your expertise in Guidewire, Gosu, and web services to design and maintain integrations. In this key position, you will play an essential role within the insurance domain by developing and supporting integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and enterprise applications. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of software development experience and at least 3 years of hands-on work with Guidewire PolicyCenter, focusing on integration frameworks and web services. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Develop REST and SOAP web services utilizing integration frameworks
- Customize Guidewire components including Data Model and Workflows
- Build and consume APIs for policy operations and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years working with Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Proficiency in Gosu programming and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and SQL databases
