Controls Engineer for Complex Projects

Expand your career as a Controls Engineer focusing on the design of control systems and technical project support. This position prioritizes expertise in PLC programming and electrical design. You will lead the design of electrical wiring and control panels, while also troubleshooting software for programmable logic controllers. Candidates familiar with Allen Bradley/RS Logix 5000 will have an advantage. Your role includes providing startup support for control systems and training personnel, with occasional travel anticipated. Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer and design electrical wiring diagrams
- Design and produce control panels and HMI software
- Debug and support control systems during start-up
- Provide technical support during tool installation
- Conduct training sessions for plant personnel
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in controls engineering
- Competence in AutoCad and machine controls software
- Familiarity with safety and basic electrical standards
- Supervision capabilities and tools programming knowledge
