Heavy Civil Design Engineer Position

You will be responsible for overseeing construction documentation and driving the resolution of design risks. You’ll work closely with operational staff, providing necessary technical support to achieve project milestones. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt and review of design deliverables
• Ensure constructability and coordination of construction documents
• Identify and resolve design scope risks actively
• Oversee environmental permitting and due diligence processes
• Provide clear direction to subcontractors and operational staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in design management
• Strong familiarity with construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in BIM, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
