Global Leadership Sessional Lecturer

Shape future leaders at the University of Toronto as a Sessional Lecturer in Global Leadership. Engage students in a capstone project that emphasizes real-world impact and teamwork. The Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering is seeking a sessional instructor for an 8-month Global Leadership course. Candidates must have a professional graduate degree and at least two years of university teaching experience. The ideal instructor will facilitate online learning while providing guidance on group projects that address significant global issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging online lectures and interactive sessions
- Develop comprehensive course materials and assessment rubrics
- Create innovative project-based learning experiences
- Mentor students throughout their leadership projects
- Professional graduate degree (MBA or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years university-level teaching experience
- Proficiency in online course delivery systems
- Experience with project-based learning methodologies
- Doctorate preferred for enhanced qualifications
