Director Strategic Planning Healthcare
Saskatchewan Health Authority
Lead strategic planning and operational execution in Saskatchewan healthcare, partnering across systems to address gaps, needs, and provincial goals. Travel is required.As Director, Program Planning & Support, you will report to the Executive Director, Insights for Better Health. The full-time temporary assignment supports strategy through operational and business plans, monitoring, reporting, and course correction. You will work across functions and with system and community partners.Key Responsibilities:
Articulate healthcare system gaps and needsDevelop and execute operational and business plansCascade, monitor, and report plan progressSupport course correction across planned activitiesDevelop partnerships with system and community partnersRequirements:
Experience in strategic planningSeven years of leadership experienceUndergraduate degree or equivalent education and experienceValid Class 5 driver's licenseAdvanced communication and critical thinking skillsApply strategic planning, healthcare knowledge, partnership development, and leadership skills as Director, Program Planning & Support.
