Strategic Finance Manager Healthcare Technology

Shape strategic finance at HEALWELL AI through KPI analysis and scenario modeling. Support a physician-led healthcare technology company focused on preventative care.The Manager, FP&A reports to the Director, FP&A and partners across HEALWELL AI’s organization and business units. This position translates complex financial data into useful insights for decision-makers. Responsibilities span forecasts, reports, financial processes, acquired-business integration, and cross-functional planning.Key Responsibilities:
Build complex QBR financial models for business decisionsPresent financial reports with detailed variance analysisIdentify and monitor key financial performance metricsSupport month-end close with accounting and operationsImprove financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilitiesRequirements:
Five to seven years in financial leadershipExperience in software, technology, or healthcare companiesBachelor’s degree;
CPA or MBA preferredPublic company or IPO experience is an assetAbility to simplify complex financial dataBring strategic thinking, KPI expertise, and scenario analysis skills to HEALWELL AI’s financial planning and decision-making.
