Schneider Electric is looking for a driven HVAC Channel Specialist to expand its residential market in Canada. This position requires strong sales skills and a focus on innovative home technologies. As the Home Solutions HVAC Channel Specialist, you'll interact primarily with HVAC contractors and channel partners in the Greater Toronto Area, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. You will drive the adoption of Schneider Electric's solutions and foster growth through smart home and energy management products. This role is pivotal for building relationships and implementing long-term channel growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop channel growth strategies for the HVAC market
- Promote smart home and energy management solutions
- Build relationships with industry contractors and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams for market specifications
- Identify and shape commercialization opportunities
- 7+ years in HVAC sales or business development
- Proven record in residential HVAC technology
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Mechanical Engineering or Business degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and French
