BeGlobal is currently recruiting General Internal Medicine Physicians for a well-established hospital-based healthcare system in Ontario.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a diverse Internal Medicine practice with a mix of inpatient care, consultations, critical care exposure, teaching opportunities, and strong specialist collaboration within a supportive hospital environment.
Position Overview
Join a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive Internal Medicine services across acute care and hospital-based settings.
Responsibilities may include:
- Emergency Department consultations and admissions
- Inpatient Internal Medicine care
- Critical Care, CCU, and Step-Down Unit coverage
- Consultations for surgical, psychiatric, and hospitalist services
- Outpatient follow-up and rapid access clinics
- Regional case discussions and virtual consultations
- Teaching and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications
Applicants must hold:
- Certification in Internal Medicine (FRCPC or equivalent)
- Eligibility for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Strong clinical expertise in acute and chronic Internal Medicine
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Cardiology, Critical Care, Respirology, Geriatrics, or other Internal Medicine subspecialties
- Teaching and mentorship experience
- Quality Improvement or research involvement
- Leadership experience within hospital settings
International Physicians Welcome

- FRCPC (Canada)
- American Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- CCT in Internal Medicine (United Kingdom)
- Other equivalent specialist qualifications eligible for CPSO licensure
Licensing and immigration support are available for qualified candidates.
