About the Position
Insurance Advisor – Surrey, Westland Insurance Group Ltd, King George Hub office.
Compensation
Expected hourly range: $22.20 – $27.75 for a 35‑hour work week. Final offer will depend on experience, qualifications and market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
- Take ownership of client relationships and support client retention.
- Identify clients’ business challenges and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs using basic underwriting principles.
- Pursue ongoing learning and career growth within the insurance industry.
Qualifications
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Excellent time‑management skills with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
- Valid insurance broker Level 1 license or actively pursuing CAIB/CIP certification (financial support provided).
- At least 6 months of industry experience preferred.
