Key Responsibilities
Prepare, slice, and assemble nigiri, sashimi, maki, and bowls to high visual and taste standards.
Handle raw fish with extreme precision, prioritizing freshness and strict sanitation.
Manage daily station setup, rice seasoning, and prep.
Maintain a pristine, spotless workstation at all times.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a sushi or prep cook in a quality-driven kitchen.
Solid Japanese knife skills and seafood handling experience.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
