Lead the Digital Products and Innovation team at CBC/Radio-Canada as a Program Manager in a hybrid work environment. Oversee program mandates, manage risks, and ensure optimal team collaboration. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Digital Delivery Portfolio to oversee the delivery portfolio, coordinating among teams and stakeholders. Your role includes strategic alignment with Digital Products & Innovation goals, managing project priorities, resources, and budgets while ensuring accountability among team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program planning and budget processes
- Manage dependencies and risks at the program level
- Produce monthly reports for management
- Facilitate team retrospectives to capture lessons learned
- Lead the recruitment and development of Project Managers
- 10 years of project management experience
- 3-5 years in program management roles
- Fluency in English and French (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Google suite and Jira
- Experience in digital environments and AI tool integration
