Job Responsibility:
Role Summary
Redgum Real Estate Holdings Ltd requires a meticulous Virtual Portfolio Administrator to oversee digital asset management for our commercial and residential holdings. This remote position serves as the central hub for coordinating property operations, financial tracking, and stakeholder communications across multiple provinces.
Core Responsibilities
Asset Management Support
Maintain digital asset registers with current tenant/lease information
Track critical dates (renewals, option periods, tax appeals)
Prepare quarterly performance dashboards
Financial Administration
Process owner distributions and investor reports
Reconcile property operating statements
Coordinate with accounting team on year-end audits
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as virtual point-of-contact for property managers
Schedule and document asset review meetings
Manage digital document repositories (lease files, service contracts)
Technical Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
3+ years real estate administration experience
Advanced proficiency with:
Property management software (Yardi, MRI, or equivalent)
Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Adobe Sign/DocuSign platforms
Preferred Assets
Paralegal or real estate licensing
Bilingual (English/French)
Experience with investor reporting
Workplace Specifications
100% remote with company-provided hardware
Mandatory bi-weekly video check-ins
Availability window: 9am-3pm ET (flexible remaining hours)
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: 58,000-58,000-68,000
Annual bonus tied to portfolio performance
Comprehensive benefits after 90 days
$1,200/year home office upgrade allowance
