Customer Experience Consultant at Cisco

In this key role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, managing delivery projects from start to finish. You will create design plans, implement automation scripts, and conduct system simulations, all while mentoring team members. The position requires extensive technical knowledge and strong communication skills to guide clients through technology transitions effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery projects and technical problem-solving
Create design plans and automation scripts
Simulate systems for compatibility testing
Mentor team members on best practices
Serve as primary contact for technical resolution

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
5–8 years relevant experience in customer experience
Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English
Deep knowledge of routing protocols and Cisco hardware
Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and REST APIs
