Insurance Coverage Lawyer - Remote Option

Clyde & Co Canada is hiring a Senior Associate Lawyer with a focus on insurance coverage in Western Canada. This role may offer the option to work remotely while offering expert legal guidance on a wide range of policies.
In this senior role, you will bring five to seven years of experience, assisting clients with insurance coverage matters and legal disputes. Your responsibilities will include representing clients in coverage management and developing effective legal strategies. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of insurance law are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze insurance coverage and provide strategic advice
• Conduct investigations related to coverage disputes
• Represent clients in Canadian coverage management
• Coordinate communications with clients and defense attorneys
• Attend mediation sessions as a legal representative
Requirements:
• Qualified to practice in BC, Alberta, or Manitoba
• Five to seven years of relevant legal experience
• Exceptional legal writing and communication abilities
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
• Proven advocacy abilities and integrity
