Senior IVR Developer with Cisco CVP

We are looking for a Senior IVR Developer with over 4 years of experience in DTMF IVR application development using Cisco CVP. The role entails designing, enhancing, and maintaining IVR solutions in a 24/7 production setting. You will work closely with architects and technical leads, contributing to the continuous improvement of enterprise IVR systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop DTMF and conversational IVR applications
- Conduct unit and integration testing per requirements
- Provide round-the-clock production support for IVR systems
- Maintain high-quality code and execute peer reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams
- 4+ years in Cisco CVP development for large enterprises
- Agile or Waterfall SDLC experience
- Proficient in Java, REST APIs, and SQL Server
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading complex applications
