Senior IT Developer with AS400 Expertise

Become a Senior IT Applications Developer in the vibrant city of Toronto, ON, in a hybrid work setting. Bring your prowess in AS400 and programming languages to deliver outstanding technical solutions. We are looking for a Senior Developer who has at least 7 years of experience with AS400 systems. Your previous experience with RPG/LE, SQL, and JIRA will enable you to deliver solutions that effectively meet customer needs. Collaborating within a team, you will identify areas of improvement and creatively solve problems. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with product teams to evolve customer requirements
- Translate business needs into viable technical solutions
- Scrutinize and improve current operational processes
- Address defects and cohesively communicate with developers
- Extensive experience (7+ years) with AS400
- Knowledge in RPG/LE, COBOL/400, Data queue
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum processes
- Independent problem-solving capabilities
- Strong commitment to delivering quality services
