Bilingual Technical Account Manager at Qohash

Join Qohash as a Bilingual Technical Account Manager, focusing on AI and cybersecurity. Leverage your technical skills and relationship-building expertise to ensure customer success. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of AI and traditional enterprise architecture. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic technical ownership for key accounts, optimizing Qostodian across various environments, and leveraging AI for faster issue resolution. You'll thrive in a dynamic setting that values accountability and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary technical contact for key accounts
  • Deploy and optimize Qostodian across diverse infrastructures
  • Leverage AI tools for faster issue diagnosis
  • Provide guidance on technical best practices
  • Conduct business reviews to monitor account health
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • 5+ years in Technical Account Management
  • 3+ years with cloud platforms and IT security tools
  • Experience in Customer Success and Project Management
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI frameworks
