Job Description:

Our client, a bakery located in North York, is seeking a QA Assistant to support the Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will help ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and company standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

� Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products

� Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards

� Record quality checks and maintain accurate documentation

� Report quality issues to the QA Supervisor and production team

� Verify product labels, lot codes, and packaging accuracy

� Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area

� Perform other quality-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

� Previous QA or food manufacturing experience is an asset

� Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices preferred

� Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

� Basic computer and documentation skills

� Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

� Good English communication skills

This is a full-time night shift position in a busy bakery production facility.
