Trinity College School (TCS) is a leading boarding and day school for approximately 600 young people from Grades 5-12. The School is situated on a beautiful 100-acre campus in Port Hope, Ontario, and one hour's drive east of Toronto. The Admissions Outreach Manager plays a key role in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the School's values and enrolment goals. The ideal candidate will have experience/passion for education and/or the independent school system, strong relationship-building skills, an interest in extensive international travel and be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues across the School. This position reports to the Executive Director - Enrolment and commences in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent TCS professionally at school fairs, high school visits, community events and other recruitment activities locally and internationally
• Analyze enrolment trends, develop innovative outreach strategies, and create data-driven plans to attract and retain mission-appropriate students
• Support prospective families at each stage of the customer journey with a high level of care, creating a seamless admissions experience that reflects the Schools' values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, alumni, current parents and educational consultants with warmth, professionalism and responsiveness
• Plan and execute all logistics for key outreach events, including school visits, fairs, virtual information sessions, and presentations
• Commit to an active international travel schedule for the purpose of recruitment
• Update and maintain the School's profile on various third-party websites
• Engages and manages the creative process with third-party suppliers, where required
• Contribute to the development of admissions marketing materials and assist in the execution of admissions marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Key Skills

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Education, Business, Marketing or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, marketing or a similar role in an educational setting
• Experience in a boarding or independent school setting is considered an asset
• A strong public speaker with the ability to inspire and connect with prospective families, alumni, and community stakeholders in one-on-one and large-group settings
• Strong writing, editing and production skills applicable across multiple marketing platforms
• Experience with international travel and cross-cultural engagement, demonstrating an ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading with a professional tone
• Experience with admissions software, CRM systems, and Google Workspace

Working Conditions

• This position involves significant domestic and international travel for student recruitment with trips ranging from 4-20 days
• Evening and weekend work is required during peak admission periods
• A valid passport is required for international travel
• A clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector reference is required as a condition of employment
