Technical Leader for CRM & ERP GreenShield

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of AMS governance frameworks with compliance verification
- Resolve complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis
- Manage enhancements and report improvements to stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity between CRM, CCaaS, and Workday systems
- Provide strong leadership during vendor assessments and reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years in technical leadership or enterprise application support
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Workday Finance, and CCaaS platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant ITIL, Workday, or Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
