The Advisor II, Technical Support responds to basic to complex inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external/internal users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As an Automotive Case Management (Remote) , you’ll:
- Respond to escalated automotive-related product questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries following standardized processes while referencing an internal knowledge base,
- Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions, researching the matter at hand, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with customers, dealerships, and/or field support teams to gather necessary information, as applicable, to support customer escalations.
- Communicate, in writing (email, text, or chat), with customers regarding their motivation for contact and provide follow-up communications, as needed, throughout the resolution journey toward completion.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- High School diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years of age.
- Automotive enthusiast or have a relative knowledge of how automobiles work.
- Possess natural customer service skills and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Be an empathetic problem solver and critical thinker.
- Comfortable working with computers and the internet, as well as operating several applications simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, customer service, and/or case management, as well as a minimum of one (1) year in a customer-facing role, are preferred.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS DANS CE POSTE
En tant que gestionnaire de cas automobile (à distance), vous allez :
- Répondez rapidement aux questions et préoccupations concernant les produits liés à l'automobile.
- Résoudre les demandes clients en suivant des processus standardisés tout en faisant référence à une base de connaissances interne,
- Identifiez les besoins des clients en posant des questions pertinentes, en recherchant la situation en question et en coordonnant avec les autres départements pour assurer des solutions rapides.
- Collaborez avec les clients, les concessionnaires et/ou les équipes de soutien sur le terrain afin de recueillir les informations nécessaires, le cas échéant, afin de soutenir les escalades des clients.
- Communiquez, par écrit (courriel, texto ou clavardage), avec les clients au sujet de leur motivation à entrer en contact et fournissez des communications de suivi, au besoin, tout au long du parcours de résolution vers la finalisation.
- Offrir des expériences clients expertes... avec un sourire.
VOS QUALIFICATIONS
Vos compétences, votre intégrité, vos connaissances et votre véritable compassion apporteront de la valeur et du succès à chaque interaction avec un client. Parmi les autres qualifications requises pour notre poste de gestion de cas automobile (à distance) figurent :
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED, et avoir au moins 18 ans.
- Passionné d'automobile ou ayant une connaissance assez approfondie du fonctionnement des automobiles.
- Posséder des compétences naturelles en service à la clientèle et prendre vraiment plaisir à aider les gens.
- Soyez un résolveur de problèmes empathique et un penseur critique.
- À l'aise avec les ordinateurs et Internet, ainsi que l'utilisation simultanée de plusieurs applications.
- Une expérience préalable dans l'industrie automobile, le service à la clientèle et/ou la gestion de cas, ainsi qu'un minimum d'une (1) année dans un rôle en contact direct avec la clientèle, sont recommandées.
- Maîtrise du multitâche rapide
