Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused  Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping materials and products, while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate  stand-up and sit-down forklifts to safely load, unload, transport, and organize materials.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and information against delivery documents.
• Prepare, pack, label, and stage outbound shipments.
• Complete basic shipping documentation, including  bills of lading and packing slips .
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers as required.
• Supply raw materials and other materials to production lines as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow 5S, FIFO, and standard warehouse practices .
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and designated company cleaning zones.
• Follow standard work instructions and direction from supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Immediately report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, unsafe conditions, or other concerns.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, logistics, and production team members.
• Provide support for other warehouse and production activities as operational needs require.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid  forklift certification with the ability to operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience is an asset.
• Experience with inventory management and 5S/FIFO practices .
• Basic computer skills, including  Excel and email .
• Experience with label printing and shipping documentation is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to support day-to-day operational needs.
