SyBridge Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory control. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, investigate discrepancies and support production.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of tools, materials, and supplies
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure tools, materials, supplies, and equipment are properly stored, labelled, and in good working condition
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while working with the Scheduler
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of racking, storage areas and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory accuracy and logistics processes.
- Other duties as assigned from Scheduler and Operations Manager
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding material needs and priorities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset
- 1+ years of experience as a certified lift truck operator, preference with reach truck operation.
- Previous experience managing inventory levels.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in tracking inventory.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to perform physical, hands-on work in a production/warehouse environment.
