Job Responsibility:
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order picking, packing, and shipping of products- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counting activities- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies- Communicate effectively with team members and management- Utilize warehouse distribution systems such as AS400 or similar platforms- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for smooth operations
Skills:
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus- Strong organizational and communication skills- Experience in order picking, inventory control, and warehouse management- Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices- Familiarity with warehouse distribution systems and inventory management software- Knowledge of 3PL operations and supply chain processes
