Randstad is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a premier manufacturing and distribution facility in Oshawa. In this role, you will be responsible

Key Responsibilities

Retrieve and review work orders or pick lists from team leads to establish task sequences.

Accurately label, pick, and organize items onto carts according to order specifications.

Transport materials safely across facility aisles, storage units, and production lines.

Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing stock in designated storage locations.

Sort and place inventory on racks, shelves, or bins according to assigned product codes and categories.

Fulfill material requisitions to ensure continuous supply for production and assembly teams.

Maintain a safe work area by sorting and disposing of operational waste in proper recycling zones.

Qualifications
Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 3 months of hands-on warehouse experience or relevant vocational training.

Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties, including prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.

Shift Availability: Full commitment to designated shift schedules.

Safety Commitment: Proven dedication to workplace safety protocols, occupational health standards, and secure equipment operation.
