Accounting Manager

About the Position

This key role is essential for ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial operations. As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee accounting processes, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and play a strategic role in the organization's financial management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing auditors' inquiries.
• Manage and optimize budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS or GAAP standards.
• Excellent skills in financial analysis and budget management.
• Proficiency in computer tools, including Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CPA certification or equivalent is a significant advantage.
