Ce rôle clé est essentiel pour garantir la précision et la transparence des opérations financières. En tant que gestionnaire comptable, vous superviserez les processus comptables, assurerez la conformité aux normes et réglementations, et jouerez un rôle stratégique dans la gestion financière de l'organisation.
Responsabilités
- Superviser les opérations comptables quotidiennes, y compris la gestion des comptes clients et fournisseurs.
- Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes comptables et les réglementations fiscales en vigueur.
- Coordonner les audits internes et externes, en fournissant les documents nécessaires et en répondant aux questions des auditeurs.
- Gérer et optimiser les processus budgétaires et de prévision financière.
- Encadrer et développer l'équipe comptable, en favorisant leur croissance professionnelle.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour fournir des analyses financières et des recommandations stratégiques.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour les systèmes et processus financiers.
Exigences
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de gestion.
- Maîtrise des principes comptables et des normes IFRS ou GAAP.
- Excellentes compétences en analyse financière et en gestion budgétaire.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel et logiciels de comptabilité (ex. : SAP, QuickBooks).
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Certification CPA ou équivalent, un atout majeur.
