Senior Agentic Demand Generation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Agentic Demand Generation Manager based in Canada. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role focused on building a new AI-enabled demand generation channel from the ground up. You will identify high-value audiences and buying signals, develop outreach programs, run experiments, and turn successful approaches into repeatable sources of incremental pipeline. With significant ownership, budget, and autonomy, you will shape the strategy while directly executing much of the work during the first year. You will collaborate closely with Marketing AI and Analytics specialists on data, scoring, automation, and technical infrastructure. The role is ideal for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and measures success through tangible commercial impact. Accountabilities: - Build an AI-enabled demand generation channel from the ground up, defining target audiences, buying signals, messaging, offers, sequencing, channels, and the supporting technology stack. - Partner with AI and analytics specialists to define and develop the data, scoring, automation, and AI capabilities required to support the program. - Evaluate external platforms and determine when to buy, build, or combine solutions to create an effective and scalable demand generation infrastructure. - Develop and execute outreach programs directly, testing messaging, offers, channels, cadence, segmentation, and targeting to identify the approaches that generate meaningful engagement. - Establish a rapid experimentation cycle, using performance data to scale successful initiatives and retire programs that do not demonstrate value.

- Determine where AI can automate, augment, or remain outside different parts of the demand generation process while maintaining quality and effectiveness. - Measure incremental pipeline and commercial impact rigorously, distinguishing meaningful business outcomes from activity metrics and partnering with analytics teams to evaluate results. - Maintain high standards for email deliverability, brand integrity, privacy, and compliance throughout all outbound programs. - Establish effective processes for working with Sales, including the handoff and follow-up of engaged prospects and the integration of demand generation activities into the broader commercial motion. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience building a B2B demand generation or growth channel from the ground up, ideally as a founding marketer, early growth hire, founder, or agency professional, with measurable results to demonstrate. - Hands-on experience with modern go-to-market technologies, including contact and intent data, enrichment platforms, automation tools, and AI-enabled outbound solutions, with the ability to configure and operate these tools independently. - Strong B2B messaging and outreach skills, with a proven ability to generate engagement among senior HR, Learning & Development, operations, or comparable business buyers. - Strong track record of using experimentation, segmentation, data, and performance analysis to improve marketing outcomes, with the judgment to distinguish genuine commercial impact from superficial activity. - Sufficient technical fluency to work largely independently with light SQL, APIs, no-code automation, data workflows, and AI-enabled tools, while collaborating effectively with technical data and AI specialists. - Working knowledge of email deliverability, outbound marketing privacy requirements, and compliance considerations. - Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to incremental pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with limited established processes, taking ownership, making decisions independently, and prioritizing execution and learning over prolonged planning.
