We are seeking a Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead project delivery for our clients in the financial services sector, overseeing multiple Scrum teams and ensuring successful outcomes across agile and waterfall engagements.The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill an existing vacancy for a new position.ResponsibilitiesProvide service to our clients in the financial sectorManage several Scrum Teams or projects, with 15+ membersSuccessfully deliver agile and waterfall projectsDeliver projects under different model such as T&M, capacity based or fixed priceTake ownership and accountability for the output and quality produced by the EPAM team, be the single point of contact for any issues with EPAM deliveryAs People manager for EPAM employees who resolves conflicts, manages staffing and rotationsResponsible for delivery management (plan, manage, & monitor delivery schedule & milestones)Manage communication, collaboration and bring it all togetherCommunicate effectively with the stakeholders and/or senior management on daily/weekly status, risks, issues and impedimentsGuide the team in using Artificial IntelligenceRequirementsUniversity degree Engineering, computer science or a related discipline6+ years of work experience in Project Management/Delivery ManagementExperience in Capital Markets and knowledgeable in the trade life cycle of at least one financial productExperience working with cross-functional teams, building teams from scratchGood knowledge of and skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyConfident decision maker with proven experience in communicating and influencing key stakeholdersAgile way of thinkingBasic Artificial Intelligence knowledge is requiredCloud experience is a mustCapability to work in the client's office, frequency will be aligned with the client's working cadenceNice to haveAbility to provide technical direction to the teamHands-on experience in using AIStrong soft skills and communicationEPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
