- Oversee new product initiatives from inception to launch
- Act as the main communication point for customer product developers
- Hold weekly meetings with product and internal teams
- Lead feasibility discussions to evaluate production ideas
- Present product concepts to Walmart with the commercial team
- Proven record in New Product Development
- Minimum 3 years in product management roles
- 5 years in food manufacturing or retail settings
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Graduate-level education with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
