As the Production Manager, you will be accountable for driving efficiency and safety while overseeing production and maintenance strategies. This role is pivotal to meeting the company's operational goals and developing team capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and track operational performance strategies
- Communicate daily with management and Quality Control
- Manage stockpile inventories effectively
- Oversee annual repair budgets and financial analysis
- Lead training and development for direct reports
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of operational experience desired
- Adherence to safety protocols required
- Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment standards
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies
