- Establish clear service standards and expectations for team members and supervise daily operations, provide ongoing coaching and recognition, and promptly address and document any performance concerns.
- Conduct performance evaluations on all direct reports and propose development plans to help motivate workers to achieve goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and group conveners and is confident managing guest expectations, resolving issues and delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience.
- Order and maintain inventory required for the business unit to operate effectively, adhering to the par levels provided by leadership.
- Oversee and support the Restaurant and Banquets frontline teams with daily tasks and stepping in to perform frontline duties when required to support service flow.
- Support leadership in POS programming and billing for guests/groups billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Based on business volumes, may be required to work in other F&B operations for extended periods of time
- Develop and manage employee schedules, adjusting labour levels based on business volumes and group activity.
- Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.
- Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.
