Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday, On-Site, Straight Days 7:30AM to 4:00PM
Job Overview
- Full cycle accounts payable processing including cheque and EFT payments
- Process internal cheque requests
- Month end close activities
- Preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger
- Maintain archived Accounting Department document records
- Non-trade invoicing
- Other duties as required
What You Need:
- Diploma in Business or Accounting
- Minimum of 2-5 years of Accounting experience
- Must have valid Driver's License for in-town Bank errands
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Have experience using an Accounting/Manufacturing ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and team skills
Work Environment:
- Office Environment
