Crew Lead I, Parks Maintenance

Join our Parks team as a Parks Maintenance Foreperson, where you will lead and support field crews responsible for maintaining parks, open spaces, sports fields, pathways, and recreational areas. In this hands on leadership role, you will coordinate daily operations, oversee equipment and resource deployment, promote safe work practices, and help ensure our green spaces remain healthy, attractive, and welcoming for the community.

What You Bring

- Grade 12 plus horticulture or turf maintenance education leading to a certificate or diploma
- Experience in parks, turf, horticulture, or open space maintenance, including supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with the ability to train and guide crews
- Valid Saskatchewan drivers licence and the ability to obtain required permits and endorsements
