Head of Creative Design POP Displays
Harding Display Corp.
Lead creative direction for POP displays at Harding Display Corp in Scarborough, combining graphic design, 3D design, and people leadership.
As Head of Creative Design, you will establish department standards and guide graphic and 3D designers. You will translate customer briefs into retail display concepts while balancing manufacturability and commercial viability. The role spans strategic leadership, creative approval, operational discipline, and hands-on visual design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define creative vision and standards for the design department
- Direct major concepts before customer presentation
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate graphic and 3D designers
- Monitor workload, capacity, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators
- Develop renderings and final graphics templates following brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree in graphic design, packaging design, digital media, or equivalent
- 10+ years in progressive graphic and 3D design roles
- POP display or packaging industry experience required
- 5+ years of people and strategic leadership experience
- Expert experience with 3DS MAX and Adobe Suite
