Seeking a Commercial Lawyer at Coke Canada Bottling in Toronto, ON with experience in corporate-commercial law. This hybrid role requires a business-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
Coke Canada Bottling is on the lookout for a skilled Legal Counsel to enhance its legal team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will engage with commercial, sales, and procurement teams to tackle contractual and regulatory legal matters. Your expertise will be vital in drafting complex agreements, advising on legislative compliance, and evaluating business risks for a better future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel to align with company vision
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Advise stakeholders on corporate-commercial matters
• Monitor case law and legislative developments
• Support business leaders in risk evaluation
Requirements:
• Law degree and active membership in Ontario or Québec
• Two to five years in corporate-commercial law
• Familiarity with multi-provincial operations
• Strong commercial law knowledge
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
