Collaborating with Optometrists, you will enhance the overall store experience for patients and customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion customer service through effective team leadership
- Implement training programs for skill enhancement
- Analyze KPIs to implement actionable store improvements
- Build and maintain a highly engaged store team
- Ensure adherence to safety standards for a fun workplace
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- 4+ years of supervisory experience in retail
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and communication skills
- Understanding of current optical theory and service
- Basic math skills to manage store transactions
