Solution architecture and product evolution: Lead end-to-end solution design for existing products and future offerings, identifying opportunities to improve platform scalability, reliability, functionality, and user experience.
Requirements and prioritization: Work with product stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and prioritized development plans. Balance strategic initiatives, maintenance activities, technical debt, and emerging business needs.
User experience and service improvement: Identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve the experience of clients and end users. Collaborate with product and design colleagues to enhance usability, interaction design, and digital experiences across web and mobile environments.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with organizational leaders and internal stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology requirements. Encourage transparent communication, collaborative problem-solving, and alignment across teams.
Risk management and continuous improvement: Identify technical and operational risks, manage technical debt, encourage innovation, and implement improvements to technology, product management, and software delivery practices.
Requirements
Education: University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Service delivery experience: Experience working in an environment where reliable, client-facing IT platforms are essential to service delivery and operational success.
User experience knowledge: Working knowledge of digital user experience design principles, including web and mobile interfaces, usability, and interaction design.
Technical problem-solving: Strong understanding of software architecture, development practices, troubleshooting, platform evolution, and technical debt management, with the ability to contribute directly to technical decisions and implementation when required.
Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to connect technical decisions with business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, assess risks, and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technology sustainability.
Planning and prioritization: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, resources, and deadlines in a changing environment.
Communication and stakeholder management: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts, communicate risks and progress to senior leadership, and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative leadership style: Ability to build trust, encourage accountability, support professional growth, and work effectively with capable technical teams.
