Key Responsibilities as Harmony Animator, Traditional 2D

As a Harmony Animator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D animation that follows the artistic direction, technical requirements, and established visual style of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating expressive 2D animation for characters, objects, and environments.
• Applying strong animation principles, including timing, posing, motion, lip sync, and character performance.
• Taking direction and creative notes from directors, supervisors, and leads.
• Meeting deadlines and production quotas set by directors and production management.
• Animating character and object movements, expressions, and actions with consistency and believability.
• Ensuring animation is properly synchronized with sound, dialogue, and performance requirements.
• Managing assigned animation tasks efficiently and taking ownership of your work.
• Collaborating with team members to improve animation quality and workflow processes.
• Following naming conventions for animation files, assets, and project materials.
• Staying updated with new tools, techniques, and animation industry trends.
• Completing other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
