Qualifications:- Accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Ability to provide innovative solutions
- Customer service focus
- Knowledge of Sage software
- Proficient with word and excel
- Strong Communications skills
- Detail oriented Responsibilities: - Prepare year end records
- Prepare T-4s and ROEs
- Maintain all accounting transactions and reconciliations
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Prepare GST and PST returns
- Prepare income tax installments
- Prepare payroll and associated records and payments
- Pay invoices and prepare billings
- Manage receivables
