Brigil is currently seeking Residential Community Managers <\/b> to join its Apogée community.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Community Manager will be responsible for the full management of a residential property, ensuring an exceptional living experience while creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for residents. As the face of Brigil, the Community Manager plays a key role in strengthening the residential community, promoting well -being, and maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities
<\/h2>

• Deliver exceptional customer service <\/b> by responding quickly and effectively to residents’ needs to maximize their satisfaction and well -being
  <\/li>
• Create a harmonious, high -end living environment <\/b> by maintaining Apogée standards and ensuring a consistent and memorable residential experience
  <\/li>
• Monitor and optimize building conditions through regular and preventive inspections <\/b>
  <\/li>
• Supervise the maintenance team <\/b> , coordinate operations, and ensure buildings operate efficiently while meeting Brigil standards
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with building rules and company policies <\/b> to maintain a safe and orderly environment
  <\/li>
• Oversee the quality of external services <\/b> , ensuring suppliers and contractors meet Apogée standards and resident expectations
  <\/li>
• Identify and implement operational improvements <\/b> to enhance efficiency, resident satisfaction, and overall living quality
  <\/li>
• Manage leasing activities and move -ins/move -outs <\/b> , ensuring optimal occupancy and a seamless resident experience
  <\/li>
• Foster community engagement by organizing events <\/b> that strengthen a sense of belonging
  <\/li>
• Monitor accounts receivable and budgets <\/b> , preventing payment delays and ensuring strong financial control
  <\/li>
• Respond to emergencies (24/7)<\/b> to ensure resident safety and timely resolution of critical situations <\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Relevant experience in property management, residential or hospitality sectors <\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM software <\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Good understanding of leasing processes and basic financial management <\/b> (an asset)
    <\/li>
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment <\/b> and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    <\/li>
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and on -call evenings for emergencies <\/b>
    <\/li><\/ul>
