Summer Engineering Co-op - Test Lead Role

Advance your career as a Model-Focused Test Lead Engineer with Lockheed Martin's Summer Co-op Program. Lead the implementation of model-based testing and contribute to Agile projects. Lockheed Martin invites engineering students to apply for its Summer Co-op position, starting in May 2026. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. As a co-op intern, you will focus on the development of testing frameworks, automate tests, and participate in critical planning sessions while documenting your work. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of model-based testing frameworks
- Automate testing processes in Agile projects using Cameo
- Document all framework implementations adequately
- Assess and log gaps using the defect tracking system
- Contribute to sprint and release planning meetings
- Bachelor’s degree candidate in a technical discipline
- Availability for potential weekend work
- Strong analytical skills and team-oriented problem-solving
- High level of initiative and self-sufficiency
- Ability to achieve NATO Secret security clearance
