Bonjour, je suis Sihem, Cheffe d'equipe au sein de Fed Finance, cabinet de recrutement spécialiste sur les métiers de la comptabilité, de la finance et de la paie. J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement : temporaire et permanent dans la région du Grand Montréal.
Je suis à la recherche, pour mon client, un cabinet comptable, situé dans la Rive Sud de Montréal, un directeur en fiscalité. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent en 37,5. Le cabinet offre une grande flexibilité sur les horaires et le télétravail, ainsi que de nombreux avantages sociaux.
Duties include:
- Supervise, train and mobilize the tax team under your responsibility;
- Actively participate in mandate planning and make recommendations on staffing needs;
- Offer clients value-added solutions tailored to their strategic objectives and organizational context;
- Participate in the presentation of work results and ensure that they meet customer expectations and needs;
- Act as designated quality controller for certain projects;
- In collaboration with the associate, establish budgets and prepare service offers;
- Analyze work in progress and participate in customer billing;
- Identify internal training needs and participate in the development and dissemination of content;
- Participate in team member performance appraisals based on the firm's competency grids.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in taxation, including at least 3 years as a Tax Manager;
- Master's degree in taxation (required)
- Strong team management skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French;
- Knowledge of Taxprep software (an asset);
- CPA professional designation (an asset)
