As the Director Outlets, you will:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the various food and beverage outlets in the establishment (breakfast service, in-room dining, Bivouac restaurant);

• Supervise a team of several managers and employees;

• Develop action plans that will help meet the objectives of the various establishment outlets;

• Control costs and manage inventory (delivery control, orders, inventories...)

• Make necessary changes to address any service-related issues and team management;

• Ensure compliance with service standards as well as health and safety regulations at all times;

• Actively participate in promoting the establishment

• Optimize the use of facilities and maximize their profitability;

• Participate in human resources management (recruitment, training, work distribution, scheduling, performance evaluation, conflict management, etc.);

• Mobilize, motivate, and create a strong team spirit to build a high-performing team;

• Be a liaison between the front of house and kitchen;

• Respect and ensure the application of the collective agreement;

• Respect and enforce current health regulations and implemented measures.

• Ensure communication with other departments to provide quality service to our guests;

• Ensure guest satisfaction during service delivery and address complaints;

• Any other related tasks

·       You hold a degree in hotel management or any other relevant training;

·       You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;

·       You are familiar with the Micros system (asset);

·       You have experience in a unionized environment (asset);

·       You are perfectly bilingual;

·       You demonstrate initiative, rigor, and possess strong organizational and priority management skills;

·       You show a certain tolerance for stress
