Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (French/English) — Remote
CEI Fleet Collision and Safety
Element Fleet Management is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative to assist clients and drivers in French and English. You will respond by phone, chat, and email, resolving issues with empathy and clarity across fleet services.
You should have a high school diploma, strong communication, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. This remote Canada-based role offers competitive base salary and benefits.
