Ce rôle clé nécessite une solide expérience pour développer et structurer des initiatives santé et sécurité au sein de diverses usines. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes locales, assurant la conformité réglementaire et la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques. Votre vision stratégique et vos compétences en prévention guideront les équipes vers une amélioration continue. Responsabilités clés :
- Développer des stratégies de prévention adaptées aux usines
- Veiller à la conformité avec la CNESST et le SIMDUT
- Effectuer des audits et diagnostics SST
- Conseiller les gestionnaires sur la gestion des incidents
- Élaborer des indicateurs de performance pour le suivi
- Baccalauréat en santé et sécurité ou discipline connexe
- 8 à 15 ans d'expérience en environnement industriel
- Maîtrise des lois et normes SST
- Bilinguisme anglais et français requis
