What You'll Do
As the Sales Administration Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless sales operations, from initial customer inquiries to post-sale service. You will oversee a dynamic Customer Service and Inside Sales team, ensuring efficient order management, accurate processing, and outstanding customer support.
Your responsibilities will include managing sales administration functions, coordinating with supply chain and manufacturing teams for timely order fulfillment, and optimizing sales processes to enhance efficiency. You will also play a key role in sales forecasting and performance analytics, using data to drive strategic decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Beyond operations, you will lead and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture while implementing best practices for continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills are required.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management (an asset) or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- 3-5 years of site management experience.
- Conflict Management
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
