En tant qu'Administrateur de Contrats, vous serez au cœur de projets terrains, en assurant l’analyse et la gestion des contrats de construction. Vous suivrez les engagements, vérifierez la conformité légale, et collaborerez avec diverses équipes tout en maintenant une documentation rigoureuse. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyser et rédiger des contrats de construction
• Suivre les engagements avec clients et entrepreneurs
• Vérifier la conformité avec les normes en vigueur
• Gérer les avenants et réclamations contractuelles
• Collaborer avec les équipes projets et juridiques Requirements:
• Expérience en administration de contrats, spécialement en construction
• Connaissance des contrats de construction (CCDC)
• Bilingue français/anglais
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et d’organisation
